Out of Stock Conditions
At desiodisha.com, we always try to give the best experience to our customers — whether it is product pricing, quality, or availability. However, due to high demand and continuous orders every day, sometimes it becomes difficult to manage stock updates in real-time.
We do our best to keep updating the availability status of products, but at times, a product might go out of stock after you’ve placed your order. This situation is sometimes unavoidable due to operational reasons.
There can be a few possible reasons for a product being out of stock after you place your order:
- The product was already out of stock when your order was placed.
- The product was in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was processed, it went out of stock.
- The product was available, but it failed the final quality check before dispatch.
In such Out-of-Stock cases, we follow two options:
- We will ship the available products in your order first. The out-of-stock item(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as the next stock arrives — without any additional delivery charges.
- We will ship the available products in your order first. For the out-of-stock item(s), we will add a cash reward equivalent to the product value in your desiodisha.com Wallet. You can use this amount for your future purchases on our website. We assure you of the best service and customer-friendly policies at desiodisha.com.
