At Maa Mangala Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We bring you authentic, traditional products from Odisha with care and trust. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
When Can You Request a Return?
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged or broken during delivery.
- The product has already expired on arrival.
To request a return, please send us a photo and order details within 48 hours of delivery.
What Items Cannot Be Returned?
- Opened or used food items.
- Customized products (size, color, or design as per request).
- Handmade or handicraft items made on order.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Once your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.).
- We can also offer a replacement instead of a refund, if you prefer.
