Payment Confirmation:
- Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order and payment confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- If you face any issues during payment, please contact our customer support immediately.
Failed or Cancelled Transactions:
- In case the amount is debited but your order is not confirmed, the payment is usually refunded to your original account within 5–7 business days.
- If the refund is delayed, please share your transaction ID with us for assistance.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- COD is available only in select pin codes.
- Please ensure the full payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in this option being disabled for future purchases.
