Payment Policy:
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (On Select Locations).
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment (except COD).
Order Processing Time:
- Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delays may occur during festivals or high-demand periods. You will be informed in such cases.
Shipping & Delivery:
- We deliver across India.
- Delivery time depends on your location and generally takes 3–7 business days.
- Shipping charges may apply based on your pin code and order weight.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Policy:
- Returns are not applicable on food or handmade items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- In case of any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- Our team will review the case and offer a refund or replacement accordingly.
